Who are we?

We are Agness and Cez, fitness and travel enthusiasts who have been finding ways to workout around the world since 2011 and loving every minute of it!

But it wasn’t always this easy…

Our Problem

When we ditched our 9 to 5 jobs and set off traveling around the world in 2011 we were full of enthusiasm, but it didn’t take long before we were hit with a massive problem. Turns out that it’s actually MUCH HARDER to find the time, space and equipment to work out and train when you’re traveling. After a few months of struggling to keep fit we knew that we needed to do something, so we started reading, researching and experimenting with a huge variety of ways to keep fit whilst traveling.

The Beginning of Fit Travelling

After spending months trying new ideas for workouts, on-the-go meal ideas and fitness plans we finally got to the point where we could improve our fitness anytime, anywhere and with any level of equipment. But it wasn’t easy, and we made a lot of mistakes along the way.

We wanted to stop other people from making our mistakes, and we knew that for a lot of people the idea of spending months learning how to keep fit whilst traveling was out of the question. With all this in mind, we started ‘Fit Travelling,’ a blog dedicated to helping others improve their fitness wherever they are on the planet.

We’ve taken everything that we’ve learned and bundled it together so that you can save time, stay healthy and accomplish your traveling goals without having to sacrifice your fitness.
